Phase 1: Analyze and Assess
1. Start with a full site audit
2. 90-minute deep dive video chat to talk about findings from audit and discuss opportunities, suggestions, and best approach to take with the copywriting
3. Full study of your analytics to find what’s already working and where people are clicking away.
4. Finding the opportunities for the copy – where are you not addressing pain points and how your firm is uniquely qualified to solve them for your clients. This is where we discuss your “unfair advantage”: the mindset, skillset, or approach that sets you apart. This will inform the way we approach writing your messaging and copy.
Phase 2: Getting Clear and Implementation of Deliverables
1. Design 9 Pieces of Marketing Materials (One-Pagers)
2. Design of: CodaStaffing.com and CodaSearch.com, designed to bring the two together without combining companies. Designed to be creative, artistic, and different from your typical recruitment agency
3. Write the copy on all marketing materials and entire site
4. Creation of brand voice guidelines to help you and any future teams members understand how to write in the correct voice going forward (similar to a brand style guide, this is a document that tells you when to use contractions, when you use formal/informal voice, etc)
Phase 3: Revisions, Final Touches, and Training
1. Revisions to new sites designs
2. Revisions to new copy and brand voice guide
3. Communication with former design agency to facilitate seamless transition if applicable (may be necessary when moving domain, etc)
4. Group call to walk through all changes and how they impact the company going forward. Making sure all outstanding decisions have been made and are coming together.
5. 90-minute training for relevant team members on how to use the new editor tools so they can make minor changes to the site and copy on their own.
Marketing Strategy Phase 1: LA Office Opening and Introducing “Big Changes”
1. Fully comprehensive social media strategy
posting, graphics, and video topic with copy, captions, and talking points
2. At this stage, the strategy is going to be around introducing your audience to the idea that big changes are coming. Through social media, email list, and carefully placed videos, they’ll be intrigued and ready to see what’s coming.
3. LA office opening will feed into curiosity.

Marketing Strategy Phase 2: 10-year anniversary and dripping snippets of new look to audience
1. Announcing 10-year anniversary with orchestrated social media (especially LinkedIn) campaign
2. This phase is all about letting your audience see a little bit behind the curtain. We’ll drip them a small pieces of the new look while teasing new messaging and copy.
3. This phase will focus heavy on your unfair advantage (the mindset, skillset, approach, or philosophy that sets you apart) in the industry.
TIMELINE:
Total project: 16 Weeks
Marketing Strategy Phase 3: Full Roll-out of New Assets and Site
1. The aim at this stage is to get a lot of heads turning around the new look and feel of the site and overall brand.
2. We’ll go for some speaking engagements and published articles and in key places.
3. We’ll show your audience the new look and talk about the meaning behind the new design and what it means for your business, now better than ever.
Not Included:
– This cost doesn’t include continued support. We’ll both have a better idea of what you’ll need going forward when these projects are complete. If you’ll need quarterly vs monthly support, or just a few months with a new hire, will be more clear as we reach the end.
Payments are done through our online invoicing system. We can accept payments through a credit card or ACH transfer. Pricing shown includes transaction fees.
