We have a round of revisions halfway through the day so we make sure we’re heading in the right direction, then send you your launch kit at the end so you’re confident moving forward. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is made to secure your date. Then it’s an additional $1,000 at least 24 hours before your scheduled date. A total of $1,500.

We give you a file folder of crucial info at the end of your design day. It includes video tutorials so you’re confident editing your site on you own, marketing guides, prompts to help you write all the text on your website, a rolodex of verified vendors for other things your website needs (for example, a photographer), and a few other surprise bonuses.

Due to the nature of creative digital work, this service is not refundable. We’re determined to make sure you’re happy with what you receive at the end of your design day.

We offer writing services for writing all the marketing and sales text for your website (without sounding too salesy), more in depth design offering if you need something more custom, monthly or quarterly website maintenance, brand management, marketing strategy services, social media template design or copywriting, and other additional offerings.

1. We send you a contract to sign and the invoice for your deposit. The contract is to make sure we’re both held accountable to providing our best from both sides.

2. You’ll create an inspiration board on Pinterest to show us the vibe you’re looking for. This board will include websites you like as well as “mood photos” like bright beach images or a dark and moody forest, for example.

3. You’ll fill out a short questionnaire for us to get a sense for the kinds of words you use to describe what you want.

   That’s it! Providing more information is always better. Lots of people say, “I don’t want to dump all this info on you.” But I’d rather you give me more than less.

The prep work is very important to this process so it’s crucial you prioritize it. We’ll do our best to work together to find a date for your design day that you’re confident is enough time for you to complete the prep work. If we lose power, or there’s another “act of God” interference, we’ll reschedule your day for free. Otherwise, we’ll need to charge a new deposit for rescheduling. This is because securing a date takes that day off our calendar so no one else is able to book it.
