Sealevel Agency® serves high level clients by building exquisite, emotional websites in Squarespace that serve as an epic sales tool for their business. Creative Director Allison has a unique approach to web design and is expanding her team. We are looking for a sales lead to support Allison. This role is great for anyone who loves a variety in their work, loves learning new things!
Sales Lead Role
Hours: starting at 10-15 hours per week
Compensation: 10% commission on sales plus bonuses (sales are typically low to mid five figures so your commission will range from $1,000 and $5,000 per sale).
Contractor, Part-time, remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
General:
The primary function of this role is to bring in new clients from various areas. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining profiles on platforms like Upwork and understanding the culture of these platforms that drive the highest conversions.
Applicants should have a reliable internet connection and a laptop or computer to work from.
Applicants can be travelers and work from anywhere as long as their travels don’t compromise their reliability, internet connection, and quality of work. They should also be able to work on USA Eastern timezone as needed.
Respond to team communications within 24 hours M-F
Support all sales needs for the Sealevel Agency® team.
Sales Lead Role:
Build and maintain profiles on creative marketplaces like Upwork.
Build and maintain networks in relevant industries.
Create an environment from beginning to end and beyond that creates safety and enthusiasm for our clients.
Uphold Sealevel Agency values with clients and networks.
Uphold and act within Sealevel Agency’s philosophy of ethical and transparent sales.
Connect with prospective and current clients daily and as needed (excluding weekends, time off, and holidays).
Maintain awareness of how clients’ and prospective clients’ needs are changing and adapting.
Assist in hiring additional sales employees when the need arises.
Recognize areas of improvement and needs for additional employees within Sealevel Agency.
